Client NewsWe have just completed implementation of the new menu. All those trips to Washington State finally came to fruition last week! Also, we are nearing the final stages of the kitchen design for the highly anticipated remodel expected Autumn 2010. We recently rolled out a new menu in all the San Diego locations. The new menu features several new items and some new flavor profiles! ![]() Bubba Gump is the parent company for Rusty Pelican in Newport Beach, CA and for Mai Tai Bar, with 3-locations in Hawaii, Long Beach and Daytona Beach. We just introduced several new fresh fish items and some new desserts for Rusty Pelican's summer menu; and now working on a new menu for Mai Tai Bar. ![]() As usual, we are always working on new dishes for Anderson Seafoods with the monthly selection of beautiful seafood they provide for product and recipe development! Visit their website www.andersonseafoods.com to see what they are up to. Tip for the MonthIt's almost Summer and that means Barbecue time! That means that many of you will be cooking al fresco (outdoors...) for the next few months, enjoying the weather and warmth of the season. REMEMBER: 1) Try and buy local at your nearby Farmer's Market. If you can, support the Organic movement with some of the most pristine and flavorful produce available. 2) Find a supplier of Fresh Seasonal Fish, it may cost more, but is well worth the quality! 3) Season & Sear those Steaks! Even great quality Beef needs seasoning (don't be shy...) and a good crusty sear on the outside. Bon appetit!!! |
