Hello Everyone!

It's been awhile since I have taken time to reach out and update the happenings with Chef Innovations.

We have been working diligently on a variety of projects, including several Chef Assist 911 rescues, helping operators maximize profitability during these difficult economic times.

Also, we have added a new element to our repretoire in the category of 'Strategic Alliances'. We are working with and seeking suppliers that desire 'Executive Chef' services without having to employ a Chef full time.

This month we are featuring Harvest Sensations, a quality driven company in the produce industry. Please read more about this unique company on the right and visit the web-site link provided.

We are also updating our web-site with some fresh, new things, including a PHOTO EXPO. We will be continually adding new photos to the EXPO, so please check it out whenever you can.

Finally, I want to talk about the long overdue 'Taco Book'! For several years I have traveled with Mark Miller - friend, business associate, travel companion and fellow taco lover! We have traveled many countries eating our way through the streets of places like Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Spain, Cuba and of course Mexico!

We did the 'Taco Trail' through Baja, Guadalajara, Aguas Calientes, Zacatecas, Monterey, Vera Cruz, Merida, Puebla, Mexico City and more!

I definitely love tacos in many shapes, forms and flavors; and the result of Mark's new book is outstanding!

I highly recommend getting a copy for your kitchen and trying out a few of the recipes. Enjoy some tacos with an icy cold beer or frothy margarita! Have fun!!!
